Skoda Slavia Booking Commence- Rs 11000/-

The German automobile manufacturer Skoda auto has commenced the booking of the premium mid-size sedan Skoda Slavia. The booking amount starts with Rs 11000/- only. Interestingly Skoda Slavia has been placed above the Skoda Rapid model to counter the likes of premium sedans like Hyundai Verna, Honda City, Maruti Ciaz, etc.

Technical Specifications of Skoda Slavia-

The Skoda Slavia comes with two engine options.

• The 1.0 TSI engine with a power output of 85KW with an optional 6-speed automatic transmission
• The top-end engine is a 1.5Litre TSI which produces a peak power of 110KW and 250Nm torque output. This unit comes with a 6-speed manual gearbox which can be paired with 7-speed DSG(optional). This engine comes with Active Cylinder Technology onboard.
• As of now, there is no diesel engine option available in Skoda Slavia.
• LED headlights with L-shaped DRLs and C-shaped split LED tail lamps.
• The boot space of Skoda Slavia is 521Litres which is the highest in this segment.
• 20.32cm digital console for various information and a 25.4cm touchscreen in build connectivity of Skoda Play app, MySkoda Connect, Wireless Smartlink connectivity, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
• Ventilated seats in the front.

Safety Features-

This is the most demanded feature nowadays among the buyers and the German carmaker has left no stone unturned. The Skoda Slavia comes with 6-airbags, Electronic Stability Control, and a multi-collision brake. Other features include Hill-hold control, rain and light sensors, cruise control, TPMS(tyre pressure monitoring system), XDS(electronic differential lock) and XDS+(a more advanced version of XDS). The car comes with a rearview camera with static guidelines (meaning to say the guidelines will not change its position according to the turning of the steering wheel).
