With a lot of buzz in the town about the upcoming 7-Seater SUV from MAHINDRA AUTO, every person is quite enthusiastic to know more about the SUV. As the bar is set more high from the competitors like MG HECTOR PLUS, HYUNDAI ALCAZAR in the market Mahindra is leaving no stone un-turned setting the stage on fire. Here I would mention some of the notable features in the upcoming SUV i.e XUV 700 from Mahindra Auto.
Adrenox Feature-
This is basically a functionality to connect to various features present in XUV 700 like it can connect with Alexa (Virtual Assistant) to open Skyroof, it can be used to change the Driving Mode, etc. The XUV700 comes with 4 Driving modes namely Zip, Zap, Zoom, and Custom. It will also be launched in Diesel and Gasoline engine options with both manual and Automatic Transmission setup.
Clear-view LEDS and Arrow-Head LEDS-
The XUV 700 will be equipped with Clear-view LEDS in the front and Arrow-head LEDS in the rear, which is nothing but mercury color LED lights in the front while the arrow-head shaped LED lamps at the rear. This adds to the overall look and appeal of the XUV700 car making it more a premium sort of offering from Mahindra Auto.
Smart Filter Technology-
As the name suggests Mahindra XUV 700 will come with CABIN AIR FILTER which will purify the air inside to avoid the germs/viruses entering the cabin. This is somewhat similar to the auto healthy air purifier present in the Hyundai Alcazar.
Driver Drowsiness Detection-
This feature will probably not let you sleep in the car, jokes apart. It will basically detect the driver closing eyes due to drowsiness and give an alert signal to wake you up. Voice command installed in the car will be used probably. Let’s see how does it perform after XUV 700 is made available for the public to buy.
Smart Door Handles-
While this is the segment-first feature coming in Mahindra XUV 700 which was earlier seen in High-End Premium cars. This features automatically retracts the door handles when not in use and pushes them out whenever needed.
Voice Commands For Safety Alerts-
The Mahindra XUV 700 boasts of voice-command features that give an indication of High-Speed alert in your loved one’s voice instead of using the monotonous beep sound as seen in other cars.
Skyroof or Sunroof-
Just like the ongoing trend of having Sunroof in affordable range cars, Mahindra XUV 700 is also having a sunroof named Skyroof and the USP of being the segment biggest.
Auto Booster Headlamps-
This is certainly one of the most helping features of Mahindra XUV700 i.e. speed sensing Headlamp booster which automatically turns on the extra lights while driving at night at higher speeds to assist further the long-distance visibility.
While the Mahindra XUV 700 launching date is yet not confirmed, it can happen any time soon in the month of August 2021 with an expected price anywhere between 14 Lacs to 20 Lacs INR.
